I tried to download this in text-generation-webui. Somehow, text-generation-webui detects this as a Lora and not a model.
Only this GPTQ version has issue. The GGML version works fine: https://huggingface.co/TheBloke/Nous-Hermes-Llama2-70B-GGML
Delete the file adapter_config.json from your local repo. I've just deleted it from the main repo so it won't appear again for future downloads. That should fix the problem.
Can confirm that this fixed the issue :D
