Just meaning that you can ask any questions and it should reply to anything (or mostly anything)
Not sure how it's done but there are lots of models which are released which are based on models like llama which was originally censored but have had the censoring removed/reduced. I don't know how this is done or how effective it is though
base llama models are not really censored and can kinda answer any question with correct prompting. Training them on many uncensored questions removes their censorship like airoboros, guanaco, llama chat uncensored.
