Can we use AWS EC2 free tier instance for testing llama 2 7B chat model?

Hey, I am working on a chatbot and I want my chatbot to respond using llama2 7B chat model, can I use AWS EC2 free tier instance for this purpose? I might then integrate RASA into it, but I don't think that the free tier instance is capable of running RASA. Thanks
