Error looking for .index.json file

The demo AWQ code fails for me as accelerate can't find a .index.json file in the folder
ValueError: /home/elivings/.cache/huggingface/hub/models--TheBloke--Llama-2-13B-chat-AWQ/snapshots/f15f8b381eec63eb5affc5b23c3a3a98fc2594f0 is not a folder containing a .index.json file.
