Can I use the model internally inside my company?
Llama base model = no commercial use
GPT3.5/4 training data = no commercial use (according to EULA)

GPT3/4 training data does not prohibit commercial use, whether trained on it or not. LM-Sys has an apache 2.0 license on their gpt conversations on their T5 Fine tune
Llama does have a non commercial license
