Why gpt2 instead of gpt neo?

I have been playing around with your models, and they’re really useful. Is there a reason you chose to use gpt2 as opposed to gptneo? Either the 1.3B or 2.7B versions? Im considering trying out a comparison. Also, with the small gptneo.
