License Clarification - Outputed text

It is not clear from the readme or the license or policy if the outputted text can be used for commercial ends. It seems obvious that a model in a service environment (actively loaded and being interacted with) cannot be used for commercial purposes, and any derivatives would also be restricted likewise. What doesn't seem clear is if a user is bound by the license or policy to ensure static text that was generated in the past by the model, but is not actively being generated by the model is also bound by this license or policy that prevents commercial use.

Examples:

  • If someone uses it to brainstorm to create a book and creates a book that they sell and the original text from the model isn't used is that in violation of the license or policy?
  • If someone uses it to brainstorm to create a book and creates a book that they sell and parts of the original text from the model is used is that in violation of the license or policy?
  • If a user generates text (copy) for their website, and later on adds ads to their website the give them revenue when people visit the site and read the generated text, are they in violation of the license or policy?

Can someone from CohereForAI's clarify this, ideally by updating the Readme?
Does anyone else care about this or can they point to a place where CohereForAI's clarified their position on this?
