Relicense under Apache-2.0 and add to collection

Hi, are you planning on relicensing this model under Apache-2.0? This is the only model left under the "Yi Series Models Community License Agreement", as the rest of the Yi models have been relicensed under Apache-2.0. Additionally, this model should be added to the collection https://huggingface.co/collections/01-ai/yi-2023-11-663f3f19119ff712e176720f.
- We've updated all open-sourced Yi series models' licenses to Apache 2.0. Enjoy!
