No tokenizer

This isn't a big issue, but the tokenizer isn't present in this repo, so running the recover_model_weights.py script from alpaca_farm with ppo-human fails because it doesn't find the tokenizer (although I assume it's the same as the tokenizers for the other models)
Thanks for bringing this up! Yes the tokenizer is the same as the others. I'll fix this issue next week once our cluster maintenance has finished (it's currently down for the week).
Fixed! Re uploaded the tokenizer. Closing this issue, feel free to open another one with any new concerns.
