Nothing helps. The error is still there and does not go anywhere. I made a new key. Even turned on another VPN, still nothing works :-(

The service is awesome, the way the text is voiced is super. But, unfortunately, now, when I need to voice the text urgently, it doesn't work. Is there any way we can solve this problem? What does it depend on? I'm personally ready to assist in the solution, if something depends on me, except for feedback on workability)))

Same for me. I've inserted my OpenAI api key, tried to convert some text to speech and then saw this error. Tried to insert newly generated api key and still the same problem. It would be great to fix it. Thanks in advance.

upd: I have credits on my OpenAI balance, also tried incognito / vpn / different voice models - the problem still exists

My apikey is 3.5. Can this apikey drive this voice?

The problem with the API I specified the correct key, the balance on the API is positive, but it does not work!

Just inserted my openai api key, chose the first model, "shimmer" voice option and put in small amount of text. Aprx 2 seconds and I had clear output. I think that this problem occurs due to the openai servers issues, there's a lot of requests now and I even can't login on my openai dashboard.

as far as I understand, now TTS is paid and worth credits? I just don't know how to use OpenAI and hugginhface at all..

I haven't been able to replicate the issue on my end as I can access the demo from both Spaces and locally using the same API key. However, I have noticed that sometimes, if you haven't cleared your previous billing on your OpenAI account, it may let you create a new key but not recognize it as valid. This has troubled me once before so maybe this could be the root of the issue. It's also possible that you've reached your daily or monthly usage limits on OpenAI.
I recommend that you review your account information, including billing and usage limits, on OpenAI.
