| <h2>1. ACCEPTANCE</h2> | |
| <p>By using OpticParse or PhishVision APIs, you agree to these terms.</p> | |
| <h2>2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION</h2> | |
| <p>OpticParse provides vision-based web scraping APIs.<br> | |
| PhishVision provides visual phishing detection APIs.<br> | |
| Both services are provided "as is".</p> | |
| <h2>3. ACCEPTABLE USE</h2> | |
| <p>You may NOT use our APIs to:</p> | |
| <ul> | |
| <li>Scrape websites you don't have permission to access</li> | |
| <li>Submit malicious URLs designed to attack our infrastructure</li> | |
| <li>Resell API access without written permission</li> | |
| <li>Exceed your plan's monthly request limits</li> | |
| <li>Use the service for illegal activities</li> | |
| </ul> | |
| <h2>4. API USAGE LIMITS</h2> | |
| <ul> | |
| <li>Free: Limited requests per month</li> | |
| <li>Pro ($29/month): 2,000 requests/month</li> | |
| <li>Business ($99/month): 10,000 requests/month</li> | |
| <li>Enterprise ($249/month): 50,000 requests/month</li> | |
| </ul> | |
| <p>Exceeding limits will result in 429 errors until the next billing cycle.</p> | |
| <h2>5. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS</h2> | |
| <p>Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy.<br> | |
| Monthly subscriptions renew automatically.<br> | |
| Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the service did not work as described.<br> | |
| No refunds after 7 days.</p> | |
| <h2>6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY</h2> | |
| <p>We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of our APIs. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.</p> | |
| <h2>7. CHANGES TO SERVICE</h2> | |
| <p>We reserve the right to change pricing or features with 30 days notice to registered users.</p> | |
| <h2>8. TERMINATION</h2> | |
| <p>We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.</p> | |
