The model I submitted failed. Can you tell me more details why?
I submitted the model in the same way as the existing successfully evaluated models that i submitted,
but it failed.

Thanks for the complete issue :)
I just checked the logs and your model appears to still be running, I think the request file got a problem at update time - I passed it back (indicatively) to running, and am going to close this issue.
Feel free to reopen if your model has not finished within 48h :)
