Integration of UpscalerJS

UpscalerJS is a tool for increasing image resolution in Javascript via a Neural Network up to 4x. It has got MIT license, is easy to integrate and is running on client side only. I already tested it many times with results from Latent Diffusions and would be a great feature having it directly integrated.
Sounds good! However I don't know if I'd be able to add UpscalerJS with Gradio, but definetly I'm looking into having upscaling in the pipeline of MindsEye Lite: https://huggingface.co/spaces/multimodalart/mindseye-lite
