The link is wrong, the user shared their url, not the share url

Ok now i understand what's going on:

When you share a conversation, a shortened public link is created.
e.g.: https://hf.co/chat/r/S3i2seZ

Then, if you continue the conversation there, at that link, a new conversation is automatically created,
and the address in the address bar will switch to a 'conversation' format, which is private.
e.g.: https://huggingface.co/chat/conversation/6448e395fa017fd084c326c5
(you should get a 404, but i can see it)

The issue is similar to https://twitter.com/abidlabs/status/1651833018737147904. Users are sharing the website url rather than the share url
