immediate error after submitting

hi, i am receiving an error immediately after submitting, every time. i am using a 512x512 image. is this normal?
i remember trying a few days ago and it was working.
Same here
Seems that some of the libraries have updated, and it broke the code. I downloaded locally, updated the code manually, and now seems to be working.
