Why ?
Because files are not named properly. They have different names.

How to fix ?
Name your files properly:

example 1
frame to cleaned: frame_1.jpg
corresponding mask: frame_1.png

example 2
frames:
my_poney_01.jpg
my_poney_02.jpg

masks:
my_poney_01.png
my_poney_02.png

ideally name your file sby sequences, where each frame should have a corresponding mask:
00001.jpg … 0000n.jpg
00001.png … 0000n.png
