How to change the output to 720p or 1080p

Is this even a possibility? I'm always getting a weird output size: 512x384.
I know this is a developing project so I'm sorry if I'm asking too much.

The reason is because i downscale video input to 512 for inference.
What you need is a video upscaler to get back the original ratio.
