Look, if there's something for public that's meant to be public then there's no excuse for it to be broken. It is running on adequate hardware; it is just breaking for some reason.
So duplicating it, setting the same hw, will not solve the issue of eventually breaking. Think about stuff more before insulting someone.

For me it didn't and I was running into errors even on higher priced hw.
And since you've used aggressive exclamation marks, I consider it as insulting. No debate here.
