I always have Error for any image try after some time of processing
same here today, error after 3 seconds
We rebuilt it this morning, to make it twice faster.

Did that a few times and it still just gives an error in under 5s.

I figure it gets overloaded is when it happens as it will eventually come back.
i have my eyes watching the logs, everything seems to working fine.
You should not wait for more than 30 seconds, even if you are many
