Submission stays on "pending"
Hi there,
I just tried to make a submission, but in the "my submissions" tab the submission is already pending for a couple of minutes, normally this takes seconds to get processed. It seems to be hanging, perhaps worth checking whether something is wrong?

Hmm.. it's hanging again :(
sometimes the backend gets congested. we are working on a fix. in the meantime, ive cleared the queue, so should be fine again. apologies for the inconvenience.
Hmmm... I am also facing the same problem
Indeed, I also notice that it's still hanging for hours unfortunately (also right at this very moment)
i just checked the backend. there is no reason why a job would be stuck for hours as of now.
please note that we have a queuing system so sometimes a submission job might take more than a few minutes to get processed.
but if it takes a few hours then the backend is congested. we are working on handling congestion.

Hmmm, my first submission of this day is still pending for hours. I try to submit the others and get FAILED :(
failed submission means there is something wrong with your submission file. please check the proper format in sample_submission.csv
for pending submissions, the issue is fixed now.
