Can't fetch my submissions

Submission itself takes more than 100 seconds. After submission, unable to fetch my submissions, shows Error and can't see my submission on the LB. Initially the submission csv was not in order with sample_submission, but even after correcting it doesn't resolve the issue. @abhishek @Prasant Please help.
Facing similar issues:
The submission is in processing status with a score of -1 for more than one hour.
There is something wrong with the hub api. We are investigating
