I can't submit new submissions after the first one

I have a problem with the submission system. After I submit my first solution (today's morning), I can't submit any more. I also can't see the public leaderboard. How can I fix it please?

Normally we limit 3 submissions per day so it is strange that the system does not allow you to submit more...
I've seen huggingface had some infra issues earlier today - it might be related.
Can you confirm you still cannot submit and do not see the leaderboard?
Hub is having some issues. The team is working on it. Should be fixed soon :)
sorry, we had some major backend issues. all the pending jobs will finish soon!
