Add filter for verified vs self-reported results

The metrics reported by the evaluation service contain a verified:true field in the metrics array - see here for an example.
On the leaderboards we could either:
- Add a filter to distinguish between verified vs self-reported results
- Add a column which indicates if a results is verified vs self-reported
