Upgrade to v1.11.0

This PR upgrades the Dockerfile version to v1.11.0 as just released, and also fixes an issue with outdated credentials in the README.md file.
Besides that, we've also defined the newly included environment variables through the settings: OWNER_USERNAME, OWNER_PASSWORD, and OWNER_API_KEY.
