What value do I use for OPENAI_API_BASE when duplicating space?

Hi,
I duplicated this space and was prompted for an OPENAI_API_BASE but I'm not sure what to put in there?
Please can I get an example if anyone has had any luck.

If I remember what the guys were saying correctly, the model is not actually running on the space, it is running on a endpoint on runpod.io. I dont know what the url is unfortunately. I recommend just using oogabooga webui on runpod or hf spaces, there should be a premade image for that somewhere.
