Have the models in a model repository

Hey there! Some people were interested in using this model, and one thing that could make it easier would be to have the model files (which are now under output/reframer) under a model repository on its own, and load the model programmatically from the Space. For downloading programmatically, you can use huggingface_hub library. The second link below could help. Very cool work btw!
I completely agree that this is really amazing work and a lot of people can build on top of it. I downloaded the model files(under output/reframer) and created a new model repository for it here to make it easier to use. I hope that this is fine and if not I can remove it. I will add and edit the model card soon
