I guess this is kinda subjective. I chose to have no dotted underlines because I thought it was more readable. The underline covers some of the text and makes the leaderboard more dense.

You are right, it's subjective, and I apologize for the PR description. I noticed this while I was on my mobile in dark mode, and the links were not very readable. I opened this PR after I switched to my PC.

It's up to you how you want to display the links :)
