I'm trying to clone this repo and am being hit with
Cloning into 'stable-diffusion-v1-5'...
remote: Access to model runwayml/stable-diffusion-v1-5 is restricted and you are not in the authorized list. Visit https://huggingface.co/runwayml/stable-diffusion-v1-5 to ask for access.
fatal: unable to access 'https://huggingface.co/runwayml/stable-diffusion-v1-5/': The requested URL returned error: 403
I've accepted the model conditions etc and am logged in.
I had this happen to me as well, give it a while before trying again it may have cached the failure. For me it took about 15 minutes before downloading it worked.
You need to accept the license in the main page first and login locally
