Can I use " requests" to apply the "Text-to-Image" API in python script ?

I'm enjoying the "Text-to-Image" API demo to generate amazing art pictures. But my laptop equipped with low computation CPU work not well to load the model .....So I'm wondering that can I use " requests" to apply the "Text-to-Image" API directly in python script and download the generated image, thank you~~
