How can I use stable diffusion for free?

Hello! I need help, I'm not a programmer and I need some google collab to be able to use Stable Diffusion safely, or some alternative to use this great Ai for free. Somebody could help me?

The first one is more complicated but has a lot of options, while the second one is very easy to use but can't do much more than generate images.
Alternatively, the website playgroundai.com is really solid with a generous amount of images you can create for free and tons of cool features.
