Thanks for the detail examples Phil. I think you are providing pretty good examples and information, which others have observed too with LLama 2 hallucinations.
That being said, since you posted this discussion on repo of "orca_mini_v3_13b" and I would humbly asked where did you saw the claim that this model is "uncensored"?
