Did someone have a problem with JupyterLab when start training model?

Hi. I use JupiterLab notebook based on this article.
JupiterLab is started via the command line: jupyter-lab --NotebookApp.iopub_data_rate_limit=1e10
When I run the model training process, I get the following error:
