How to fine-tune this model?

Is there any way to fine-tune this model in local or Google Colab? I have downloaded it but have no idea how to fine-tune it.

You should be able to load it in NeMo-Aligner for further fine-tuning: https://github.com/NVIDIA/NeMo-Aligner (the easiest setup is with a Docker image AFAIK)
