How are you merging?

Are these merges done the traditional way using mergekit? Or do you have an in house solution? Im curious because you seem to be presenting yourselves as a company creating models for professional use, but I know creating high quality merged models (that are better than the models used in the merge) are extremely difficult, if not near impossible, to pull off. I should know as I've spend countless hours trying myself.
