I have set up Jfrog Artifactory remote repository for huggingface upstream. However, I'm continuously getting the following error and I couldn't figure out why. Here's the error details

OSError: We couldn't connect to 'https://artifactory.build.dlt/artifactory/api/huggingfaceml/hugginface-co' to load this file, couldn't find it in the cached files and it looks like mistralai/Mistral-7B-Instruct-v0.2 is not the path to a directory containing a file named model-00002-of-00003.safetensors.
Checkout your internet connection or see how to run the library in offline mode at 'https://huggingface.co/docs/transformers/installation#offline-mode'.

Can please someone give me some pointer to what I might be missing ?
