Since its small to add loadable extra agents, so you start with phi2, you have a coding question then phi2 activates a part of itself mainly focused on coding. You have question about general world events politics etc it loads another one besides itself, the specialized agents can do with a reduced vocabular just enough to understand the the loader agent, the specialized agents load / unload from the gpu as decided by the first agent. (maybe call it phi3, a bunch of phi2's working together).
