Does the repo's admin discriminate against Chinese people?
I have no way to access the llama model because both of my emails were rejected. Can someone explain the reason for the rejection when only collecting name, birth, region, and affiliation?
There are 28 people rejected in the following discussion link. I noticed that 20 out of 28 of them have Chinese names, and 4 out of 28 have Slavic names. Is this systemic discrimination against these people?
