I got rejected without telling me reasons.

However, I got access from the official website. I need to download from the official website and convert whenever I am changing to a new server. My situation is that I can not directly scp from one server to another due to some policies, and I can only download stuff from Internet.

Any chance that I can resubmit application in hf and got accepted?

It is really annoying to repeatly doing the above stuff.
