7B version of Phi 2 created by duplicating layers. Expect similar or worse quality than the original Phi, since this model hasn't been trained on more data.

The original Phi 2 model is licensed under the MIT license.
All modifications to the Phi 2 model are dedicated to the public domain and are dual-licensed under the Unlicense and CC0 license. You may choose either at your choice. Please note that this ONLY applies to any modifications made to the Phi 2 model, the original Phi 2 model remains under the MIT license.
Although attribution is optional, it would be greatly appreciated if you would link to this work if you use or finetune it in your project.
