As you can see here there are 13 models in the evaluation queue and over 100 models awaiting evaluation. Those same 13 models have been in evaluation for the last 5 days. It can be assumed that the evaluation queue is broken at the moment.

Also, next time, please ask before submitting one of my models to the leaderboard. I already know this model will score below 65 and was hoping to avoid having it attached to my name.
