fyi: undownloadable file
model-00004-of-00004.safetensors can't be downloaded (it gives 403 Forbidden).
in my experience, this is a bug on the hf side that can only be fixed by deleting and redowjnloading the file (or possibly even the repository).
in case you want to contact hf, this is the error that I get:

In my experience, chances are high more files will not be accessible (but huggingface-cli will simply stop when it hits the first file), so you should either re-upload the repo or try a full download.
