🚩 Banner is broken as it's under `hkust-nlp/deita-images` which is private

Hi here!
Just flagging that the banner is not showing for users outside the hkust-nlp organization, since the banner image is stored under hkust-nlp/deita-images which is a private dataset so the image is not shown within the README.md.
