Couldn't download pytorch_model.bin even using IDM
I was downloading the pytorch_model.bin but it run out of time.
OSError: We couldn't connect to 'https://huggingface.co' to load this file, couldn't find it in the cached files and it looks like facebook/wav2vec2-large-960h is not the path to a directory containing a file named preprocessor_config.json.
