Align language tags with Hub language tags

This repo is using ISO 639-3 but most of the Hub uses ISO 639-1. This PR brings consistency with other repos, so it would appear at https://huggingface.co/models?language=as instead of https://huggingface.co/models?language=asm. I used https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639-1_codes for the conversion
