What are the requirements to be approved to access this repo?
Nothing from my experience (and others).
Was rejected. No idea why or how to fix.
Quite weird since I just typed random things and it worked fine, maybe Meta is now more restrictive?

I think the requirements are due to sanctions screening. Could be that you signed up from a restricted country or something like that.
@hughleat-1 I don't think so. I used a US .edu email for this account.

I also met the same issue. I signed up in Portugal but cannot get the access either.
