Can we use Meditron-7b for translation purpose?

I want to translate the German medical (terms) dataset into English at how I noticed that this is not possible some of the reasons I am here to confirm that can we use Meditron-7b model for translation purpose?
Hi Hassan,
We didn't evaluate the model's multilingual ability. The medical pretraining corpus we used is English-dominant, so I suspect the model won't yield robust translation performance.
