Where to find the other necessary files, such as config.json and any other necessary?

I was wondering how to get all necessary files so I don't get following error.
OSError: models/legacy-ggml-vicuna-13b-4bit does not appear to have a file named config.json. Checkout 'https://huggingface.co/models/legacy-ggml-vicuna-13b-4bit/None' for available files.
