This is my first fine-tuned model, and I encountered several issues while trying to fine-tune my own token classification model. Most resources I found were focused on text generation rather than token classification. I'd like to share the resources I used to generate this model.
For a more layman-friendly explanation based on my understanding of the concepts, I plan to provide detailed explanations in the future. However, for those looking for a direct, code copy-paste approach, I recommend using the following Hugging Face guide. All the code is reusable and requires minimal changes—just modify the dataset name and model name to build your first fine-tuned model.
