deepseek-ai/DeepSeek-V2-Lite · I know this is insane but is it possible?

After using deepseeks clientside I was blown away in its capabilities compared to open ai Omni model, but with everything there's limitations on use:

So is it possible to build a local text document nothing special or bat file or what ever, where this model will analyse a json file critiquing it as the file is run like a compiler does, but not at core level, similar to agent to agent engagement but more for code, where when a failure happens it updates the code, searching the web, delegation, I sounds crazy, but could this model achieve that rather having to have a one on one conversation every time.

I've always wanted to try this but unless I have a data center and a paywall I cant test this with open ai model.
