Seems to only ever output in Chinese, ignores system prompt stating to output in English

Even with the system prompt telling the model to only output in English and never Chinese, it always responds in Chinese?
I have found that it outputs chinese when used with ollama's default chat interface, however when used with open interpreter, which has a long system prompt in english, it outputs only english, so perhaps try a longer system prompt in english
It is basically prompt template issue, ollama fixed it today
